Key information for registration
Physical Attendance
- All participants are recommended to join the physical Conference at: Cordis, Hong Kong, 555 Shanghai St, Mong Kok, Hong Kong
Virtual Attendance
- MMMC2025 is streamed through your web browser. (Chrome/Firefox recommended, Safari/MS Edge also supported)
- Use a computer/laptop with a stable internet connection where possible. iPads with iOS 14+ are also supported.
- Some corporate networks block video streaming. You may join us on mobile devices with 4G/5G, but some content cropping may occur.
- During the live broadcast, type questions and share with others in your session.
- Complete both the Saturday Day-end Survey and Sunday Day-end Survey to collect CME/CNE/CPD/MAM points.
Professional Number Search
To ensure your attendance is accurately submitted to the accrediting bodies, we highly recommend that you enter your professional number in the registration form.

Pay by Credit Card and Cheque
- You are strongly encouraged to pay by credit card. Registration confirmation will be received within 10 minutes of payment.
- If paying by cheque, please ensure the cheque is mailed before 1 June 2025. Registration confirmation will be sent to the registered email after the cheque is processed, which may take up to 14 days. Important:
- Write the guest’s name and registered email address on the back of the cheque
- Cheque payable to: Association of Private Medical Specialists of Hong Kong Ltd
- Mail to: 6/F, Virtus Medical Tower, 122 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong
Ticketing
- After registration and payment, you will receive one personalised registration confirmation via email, allowing both physical and virtual access.
- Show the QR code to check in at the venue, or use the Join Link and Access ID on the registration confirmation to join virtually.
Certificate of Attendance
One certificate (for attending both days) will be issued by the Organiser to each attendee
- Physical: collect physical certificate at venue
- Virtual: request e-certificate on livestream platform and receive by email
