How to submit your points request

Your CME/CNE/MAM/CPD points are processed on a day-by-day basis for either physical or virtual attendance. Apply only for the format(s) and day(s) on which you attended:

Physical

CME – Capture attendance QR code with eHKAM App* installed in personal smartphone or sign attendance sheet at venue on both days

MAM / CPD – Sign attendance sheet at venue on both days

CNE – Sign attendance sheet at venue on both days; complete survey provided by The Hong Kong Academy of Nursing & Midwifery (HKANM) and collect physical certificate of attendance issued by HKANM at the reception

Virtual

CME / MAM / CPD / CNE – Complete Day-end Surveys online at Virtual Lobby on both days

We will share your accreditation details and attendance records (including your login and logout time) with your College(s)/Programme(s) after the Conference.

Speakers and chairs: sign your Active Participation attendance in person at the venue.

*HKAM’s Fellows are encouraged to download and install the eHKAM App to capture the QR code for attendance. Please register your eHKAM ID (it takes some days for registration and approval) to access to the eHKAM App if you have not done so.
