How to submit your points request

Your CME/CNE/CPD/MAM points are processed on a day-by-day basis. Participants may attend either physically or virtually on each day, but must apply for points under only one format per day attended.

Physical

CME – Capture attendance QR code with eHKAM App* installed in personal smartphone or sign attendance sheet at venue on both days

CPD / MAM – Sign attendance sheet at venue on both days

CNE – Sign attendance sheet at venue on both days and complete day-end evaluation form via QR code provided by The Hong Kong Academy of Nursing & Midwifery (HKANM). HKANM will email personalised Certificate of Attendance with CNE points to eligible attendees within one month after the event

Virtual

CME / CPD / MAM – Complete Day-end Surveys online at Virtual Lobby on both days

CNE – Complete day-end survey at Virtual Lobby on both days. HKANM will email personalised Certificate of Attendance with CNE points to eligible attendees within one month after the event.

We will share your accreditation details and attendance records (including your login and logout time) with your College(s)/Programme(s) after the Conference.
Speakers and chairs: sign your Active Participation attendance in person at the venue.
*HKAM’s Fellows are encouraged to download and install the eHKAM App to capture the QR code for attendance. Please register your eHKAM ID (it takes some days for registration and approval) to access to the eHKAM App if you have not done so.
